The high-energy EDM mashup is produced by Suga, fittingly enough as “Seesaw” was his solo track on the group’s Billboard 200 chart-topping album Love Yourself: Answer, released in August, while “I Need U” was one of the singles from the act’s 2015 album The Most Beautiful Moment In Life, Pt. 1.
Suga worked with frequent BTS collaborators Hiss noise and Pdogg on "Seesaw X I NEED U REMIX." The Soundcloud upload features a piece of artwork created by Jungkook showing Suga playing a piano.
This is the second overt nod to the connection between BTS’ most recent album, the conclusion of the Love Yourself trilogy, and their earlier The Most Beautiful Moment in Life series; the Answer song “I’m Fine” is a foil to 2016’s The Most Beautiful Moment In Life: Young Forever’s “Save Me.”
BTS is currently in Canada for a series of three shows in Hamilton, Ontario, the second of which takes place tonight at the FirstOntario Centre. The group will then head to the New York City Area where they’re reportedly set to make appearances at the UN for a UNICEF event during which they’ll speak, Good Morning America, and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon before playing two shows at New Jersey’s Prudential Center on Sept. 28-29.
The North American leg of their Love Yourself world tour will conclude on Oct. 6 at Citi Field, making them the first Korean act to hold a stadium-sized concert Stateside.
